Article 1: Application of These Terms

These Terms set forth the rules and obligations governing the use of the website operated by Buzzport Inc.

The original Japanese version of these Terms is the official and legally binding version. The English translation and other language versions are provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Members shall register according to the procedures set by the Company and obtain its approval.

 

Article 3: User ID and Password Management

Members shall manage their ID and password responsibly.

 

Article 4: Member Information and Personal Data

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Japanese law and our Privacy Policy.

Members shall not engage in acts that violate laws or these Terms.

Article 9: Governing Law and Jurisdiction (International Version)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kobe District Court of Japan as the court of first instance.
  3. Even when the Company provides the Service to users residing outside Japan, the governing law of these Terms shall remain Japanese law.
  4. However, mandatory provisions of consumer protection or public law in the user’s country or region may take precedence, where such provisions cannot legally be waived.
  5. Users accessing this Website from outside Japan are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
  6. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or disputes arising from the violation of such local laws by the user.
  7. The Company may cooperate with governmental or regulatory authorities in other jurisdictions and may disclose user information when required by applicable law.

 

 

Article 10: Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
