FELISSIMO

A Lunch Party Overlooking Kobe Port

Experience a special lunch program hosted by Felissimo, a creative hub where corporate offices, restaurants, and museums come together. Located in Kobe’s rapidly developing waterfront area—an emerging destination for MICE events—Felissimo serves as a center for diverse social and cultural activities, offering a unique setting for your gathering.

Purpose

Lunch is served at Sincro, a Japanese fine-dining restaurant led by Executive Chef Rieko Kitagawa, a finalist of the Japan Culinary Awards. The meal is presented in a traditional Shōkadō bento style, featuring locally sourced ingredients from both sea and mountains.

This comprehensive culinary experience program can be combined with a wine tasting reflecting Kobe’s port-city heritage, as well as a guided tour of a chocolate museum that introduces the city’s long-standing Western confectionery culture.

Authenticity

The welcome drink is hosted at f winery, an urban winery located on the first floor. Guests are invited to compare wines matured on the seabed of Kobe Port with the winery’s original labels, offering a distinctive tasting experience. The program also introduces the winery’s ongoing exploration of wine culture in an urban coastal setting.

The experience continues at a museum dedicated to chocolate and cacao, highlighting Kobe’s 150-year history as an international port city and its long-standing exchange with Western culture. The museum explores the connections between Western confectionery, fashion, and art, providing cultural context suited to premium group programs.

ESG Alignment

FELISSIMO, a company whose management philosophy is founded on the “establishment and practice of happiness sociology,” offers a compelling case study in ESG management by integrating commercial activity with social contribution through diverse cultural and social initiatives.

One representative example is “Tribute 21,” an international charity program developed in collaboration with UNESCO. In this initiative, plates designed by renowned creators and artists are sold as fundraising products, with a portion of the proceeds supporting humanitarian and cultural projects around the world. These works can be viewed during a corporate site visit, providing tangible insight into purpose-driven business practices.
